Hugg and Hall is Hiring a BUSINESS ANALYST Near Little Rock, AR
Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is looking for someone proficient in writing SQL statements, having a basic understanding of IT resources, and advancing technology and fluency in MS Office to join our team as a Business Analyst. We are a full-service equipment company specializing in industrial and construction equipment since 1956 and was recently named one of the Best Places to Work in 2023 by Arkansas Business. ABOUT THE POSITION
The Business Analyst functions as part of the Information Technology team and is responsible for assisting with all business systems-related reporting and analytics along with the development and maintenance of all product support applications.
In this role you will:
- Develop/Maintain/Distribute business systems-related reporting
- Assist in development of best practices, systems and procedures related to the business
- Assist in the vetting of new technologies - creating use case documentation
- Documenting operational procedures and product support processes
- Provide Help Desk support for end users on our operating system, helping to solve technical glitches

REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in MS Office products with emphasis on Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, dax expressions)
- Proficient in writing basic to complex SQL Statements
- Basic understanding of IT resources and advancing technology
- Basic understanding of SSIS, SSAS, SSRS and Power BI
- Basic understanding of HTML
- Associates Degree and/or relevant business experience

- Ability to multitask and prioritize with minimal supervision
- Ability to be efficient and effective in time management
- Ability to travel as needed and work well under pressure
